Poutine is a famous Canadian dish. It is made with French fries, cheese, and gravy.  In this lesson, we will make poutine together. Trainees will also learn about some Canadian foods while the fries start cooking. Hopefully, the gravy will be ready just as the French fries finish cooking.

Trainees will fill out a calendar by asking each other about the various holidays. This activity is good for practicing ordinals and telling the date. It is mostly a listening activity. This lesson is based on 2023.

Trainees will each choose a Canadian province or territory to research. The first class period will be used for learning about their region. After a short break, each trainee will present their province as a travel agent trying to convince the others to come to their province. During the presentations, the instructor will make a Kahoot! quiz related to the things they presented. They will also vote for which place they would like to visit.
